Jacksonville, Ill. – The Washington University in St. Louis men's track and field had a strong showing at the Hilltop Classic hosted by Illinois College, winning four events.

Alex Djetto won the 400m, racing a time of 50.69 while first-year
Carson Page took third in 51.51.
The Bears took the top three spots in the 800m, led by senior

Matt Moore finished seventh in the 55m, racing to a time of 6.58 which is tied for ninth all-time in program history.

Samuel Pan took eighth in the 200m, running a 23.27.

Fernando Ribeiro Duraes took sixth in the mile with a time of 4:16.57.

Jalen Dural finished second in the high jump with a mark of 1.92m while senior
Michael Snyder took third with a mark of 1.92m.

Hayden Kunkel tied for third, clearing 4.45m while senior Sam Winiarski took fifth with a mark of 4.30m.

Solomon Kang took third in the long jump with a mark of 6.45m while
Matt Moore took fifth with a mark of 6.36m.

Nolen Bowerman finished fifth in the weight throw with a mark of 15.16m and 10
th in the shot put with a mark of 12.04.
