INDOOR: Season-best 4:15.18 in the mile at the Keck Select, Feb. 4 ... Season-best 8:19.79 in the 3,000m at the UAA Championships, Feb. 26
OUTDOOR: Season-best 1:03.09 in the 400m hurdles at the Lincoln University Open, April 8.
2021-22
INDOOR: NCAA National Champion in the DMR (9:54.26)....also a part of the fastest DMR time ever in WashU history...finished in sixth place in the 800m at the UAA Championship...won first place in the 800m at the Hilltop Invitational...currently has the seventh-best mark in program history in the 800m.
OUTDOOR: All-American finish (8th place) in the 3000 Steeplechase...All-UAA Academic Team member...USTFCCCA Academic All-American...set a new PR in the 3000 and was runner-up at the Augustana Qualifier...placed third overall in the 1500m and 3000 Steeplechase at the UAA Championships...owns the third-fastest mark in the 3000 in school history and lists seventh on the all-time top performance list in the 1500m.Â

INDOOR: Season-best 4:30.17 in the mile at the I-55 Tri 2020 on Jan. 25 … season-best 9:00.30 in the 3000-meter run at the Midwest ELITE Invitational on Feb. 15
