INDOOR: Season-best 51.65 in the 400m at the '23 FNS Opener, Jan. 13.

OUTDOOR: Season-best 50.33 in the 400m at the UAA Championships, April 23 ... Season-best 4:14.63 in the 1,500m at the Lincoln University Open, April 8.

2021-22
INDOOR: NCAA National Champion in the DMR...was also a part of the fastest time ever recorded in school history in the DMR...set a new personal best in the 800m and currently lists seventh on the all-time performance list in WashU history...finished in fifth place in the 800m at the UAA Championships...posted a first-place finish in the 800m at the Friday Night Spikes Season Opener...also earned two first-place finishes in the 4x400 relay at the Mule Relays and Hilltop Invite.

OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA Academic All-American...UAA All-Academic team honoree...set two new personal bests in the 400m and 800m...won first in the 4x400 relay at the WashU Mini Invite...registered three runner-up finishes in the 800 at the Greenville Select, WashU Mini Meet, and the Millikin Invite. 

2019-20
INDOOR: Season-best 52.93 in the 400-meter dash at the Keck DIII Select 2020 on Feb. 8 … season-best 1:56.43 in the 800-meter run at the Midwest ELITE Invitational on Feb. 15
