Waltham, Mass. – The Washington University in St. Louis men's track and field team won its third-straight UAA indoor title on Sunday after totaling 144 points across two days.
Junior
William Houser won the mile title with a time of 4:16.45.
Senior
Gio Alfred claimed the title in the 60m hurdles, racing to a time of 8.17.

Tommaso Maiocco won the pole vault, clearing 15-02.75. First-year
Hayden Kunkel placed fourth with at 14-02.75 and senior
Samuel Winiarski took fifth, clearing 13-09.00.
Senior
Abayomi Awoyomi won the triple jump, hitting a mark of 47-02.50, nearly two feet farther than second place.
Graduate
Matt Moore finished fifth in the 60m, racing to a time of 7.03. He then went on to finish second in the 200m with a time of 22.41.
Junior
Alex Djetto took sixth in the 400m, racing to a time of 51.49 while senior
Jack Henry Whetstone finished seventh in 51.60.
Senior
Arthur Santoro took third in the 800m with a time of 1:52.08. Junior
Drew Sidamon-Eristoff finished seventh in 1:54.60 while senior
Jackson Cox took eighth in 2:00.21.
Senior
Jeff Candell finished second in the 3,000m, running a time of 9:19.79. Both Candell and first-place Joseph Jaster beat the previous meet record set in 2014.
Alexander Evans finished eighth with a time of 8:32.57.
The 4x400 relay team of Sidamon-Eristoff, Houser, first-year
Carson Page and Santoro finished third with a time of 3:22.94.
The Bears head to Wartburg's Last Chance meet next weekend for one more meet prior to the NCAA Indoor National Championships.
