INDOOR: Season-best 4:23.03 in the mile at the Keck Select, Feb. 4 ... Season-best 14:36.07 in the 5,000m at the UAA Championships, Feb. 26.
OUTDOOR: Season-best 2:01.76 in the 800m at the WashU 5 Way, March 25 ... Season-best 3:59.08 in the 1,500m at the WashU 5 Way, March 25 ... Season-best 14:29.86 in the 5,000m at the WashU Distance Carnival, April 1 ... Season-best 30:56.10 in the 10,000m at the UAA Championships, April 23.
2021-22
INDOOR: Competed in six meets with eight top-10 finishes...set four new personal bests throughout the indoor season...finished in fourth place in the 3000m at the Midwest Elite Invite (8:32.32)...earned a sixth place effort in the Hilltop Invitational, setting a new PR of 2:00.20...finished in 11th in the Mile at the Keck Select (4:24.97), and was 10th in the 600 at the Mule Relays, also a new personal-best (1:20.90).
OUTDOOR: All-UAA Academic honoree...competed in five meets in the outdoor season...finished in 7th in the 10,000m at the UAA Championships and set a new PR in the process (32:38.67)...also registered a new outdoor PR in the 5000m at the WashU Distance Carnival (14:46.05) where he placed 15th.Â
