WHITEWATER, Wis. – It was a trip north for the No. 21 Washington University in St. Louis men's track and field team that yielded several top results as the Bears finished fourth among the 10 teams that competed on Saturday at the Midwest Elite Invite, hosted by Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Wis.-Oshkosh was the top team with 129 points with Wis-Stevens Point and the host Warhawks finishing in second and third place with 97.5 and 84 points, respectively. The Bears totaled 76 points while Wis.-La Crosse rounded out the top five with 69 points.

- Junior Carson Page finished in the top 10 with a mark of 51.67
- 800m
- Both sophomore William Frohling and junior Brandon Brazil were top five finishers with Frohling taking the event in a time of 1:56.14.
- Brazil was fourth with a time of 1:57.14
- 1 Mile
- Junior James Corbett took home runner-up honors in the event with a time of 4:15.87.
- Graduate Frankie Lynch also finished in the top five with a mark of 4:18.16
- High Jump
- Junior Eli Goldman finished third with a height of 1.96m
- Pole Vault
- 4x400m
- The team of senior Elvin Binagi, Brazil, Kruger, and Frohling finished third in a time of 3:23.49
WashU will next compete at the Illinois College Hilltop Classic on Friday, Feb. 21. The first event is scheduled for 5 p.m.
