INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The No. 3 Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team had two singles players and two doubles pairs qualify for the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championships, the organization
announced on Wednesday.
Senior
Eliana Hanna and junior
Eleanor Archer both earned a spot in the singles competition.
On the doubles side, Archer and sophomore
Caitlin Bui and Hanna and sophomore
Ally Lin all earned a bid to the doubles competition.
As a team, the Bears begin NCAA competition tomorrow against Hope at 10 a.m. CT.
The draw for the individual championship will be done by the women's tennis committee and will be released on May 23, not before 1 p.m. ET. The individual championships shall consist of 32 singles players and 16 doubles teams. The selection of teams and individuals for the championships is based on won-lost record, strength of schedule and eligibility and availability of student-athletes.
The team championship will take place May 18-21, while the individual championships will be May 22-25, both at the Champions Tennis Club, in Chattanooga, Tennessee; hosted by The University of the South.
