ROME, Ga. – Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis junior
Caitlin Bui became the first person in program history to win the ITA Cup singles championship.
Bui came into the weekend as the No. 4 singles seed. After reaching the finals of the prestigious tournament, she defeated No. 3 seeded Rebecca Kong of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 2-6, 6-1, 6-2.
Bui has been part of both ITA Cup titles in program history, as she and doubles partner
Eleanor Archer won the doubles title in 2024.
This marked the final event for the Bears in the fall. They will begin their spring slate in late January.

Annual support for Athletics allows the Bears to consistently rise to national levels of competition and ensures that our student-athletes enjoy exceptional opportunities as they train, compete, and lead.
