CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The No. 3 Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team officially wrapped up its season on Sunday as both doubles teams fell in the NCAA Division III Individual Semifinal.
No. 1 junior
Eleanor Archer and sophomore
Caitlin Bui lost to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps No. 2 Lindsay Eisenman and Rebecca Kong 6-0, 6-0. They conclude the season with a 27-9 record.
No. 10 senior
Eliana Hanna and sophomore
Ally Lin fell to Babson's No. 4 Matia Cristiani and Alessandra Sikharulidze 6-1, 6-2. The pair rounds out the season with a 29-6 record.
All four finish the year as All-Americans. This is just the second and third time in program history a doubles team as reached the national semifinal and the first time since 2002 when the Bears had a team finish as the runner-up.
