No. 10 WashU Men's Track & Field Take Home Meet Win At Wildcat Invite

CANTON, Mo. – In cool, breezy conditions, the No.10 Washington University in St. Louis men's track & field team won the Wildcat Invite hosted by Culver-Stockton on Saturday.

With the meet keeping team scores, the Bears claimed the win with 116 points, outdistancing itself from second place Quincy (92). Truman State (85), Central Methodist (85), and Cornell College (60) rounded out the top five.

  • Shot Put
    • First-year Scott Cook finished 12th with a throw of 12.58m while Rocker finished 21st with a throw of 11.60m
  • High Jump
    • Senior Eli Goldman finished runner-up with a clear of 1.91m
  • Long Jump
  • 4x100m
    • The WashU "A" team was runner-up with a time of 41.85
  • 1500m
    • WashU finished with three of the top four as senior James Corbett finished first with a time of 3:56.63.
    • Junior Calvin Crossland was runner-up with a time of 3:59.45
    • Sophomore Ryan Brinker was fourth with a mark of 4:05.79.
    • First-year Charles Glatz (4:16.96) and senior Alexander Bullard (4:17.50) finished in 10th and 11th places, respectively

WashU will compete next Saturday, Apr. 25 and Sunday, Apr. 26 at the 2026 UAA Outdoor Championships in Cleveland, Ohio, hosted by Case Western Reserve at the CWRU Sudeck Track.
