WAVERLY, Iowa – In the final opportunity to improve their times and marks before the NCAA Championship selections on Sunday, the No. 11 Washington University in St. Louis men's track and field team competed at the Wartburg Qualifier.

No team scores were kept at the meet.

Top finishes:

• DMR
  • The team of senior James Corbett, senior Dayton Lasack, junior William Frohling, and first-year Max Sudrzynski claimed the win with a time of 9:52.91.
  • The time is the sixth best in Div. III this season.
• Pole Vault
  • The Bears finished with the top four spots.
  • Junior Peter Lichtenberger was the event winner with a clear of 5.05m
  • Senior Hayden Kunkel was runner-up with his clear of 4.88m
  • Sophomore Zachary Duckworth also cleared 4.88m to finish third.
  • Graduate Tommaso Maiocco was fourth with his clear of 4.73m
• Long Jump
  • Senior Carson Page was runner-up with his jump of 6.52m
