The Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) Club Sport Program had a strong weekend as its impressive Spring 2026 campaign continues towards Regional and National Tournaments. Clubs competed in nine tournaments/events/competitions and saw a high level of success.  
 
Club Tennis hosted its first ever home tournament in a spring semester, the Bear Spring Invitational. Nine teams made their way to St. Louis for two days of tennis split up between Dwight Davis Tennis Center and Tao Tennis Center. WashU swept the podium, with its C Team winning Gold, A Team coming in second place and B team in third place.  
 
Club Women's Water Polo Team and Club Badminton also hosted tournaments this past weekend. In Millstone Pool, Women's Water Polo welcomed four teams and went 2-2 on the weekend. Senior Lauren Treiman won the Women's Collegiate Club Midwest Division Player of the week for her efforts. She scored eight goals in two games on day one and four goals on day two to cap a dominating weekend. Club Badminton hosted a two-day tournament, WashU Open, at South Campus Gym with 85 competitors. WashU had several podium finishes with the most notable being Lilian Lu winning the women's single tournament. 
 
Meanwhile, in Austin, Texas, Club Women's Ultimate competed in Centex and placed 4th overall out of 20 teams. Club Swim is sending 13 swimmers (six men and seven women), to their National Meet in Greensboro next month.
