No. 10 WashU Women's Swimming and Diving Wraps Up First Day of NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The No. 10 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team completed day one of the NCAA Championships on Wednesday. The Bears are in 17th with 10 points.
 
Top Finishers
  • 500 Freestyle
    • Senior Ali Roche finished 18th in the prelims, swimming a time of 4:58.53.
       
  • 200 IM
    • Junior Rachel Bello finished 26th in the prelims with a time of 2:05.55
       
  • 50 Freestyle
    • Sophomore Iris Qi tied for 42nd in the prelims with a time of 23.77
       
  • 400 Medley Relay
 
The Bears continue to competition tomorrow with the 200 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 400 IM, 200 freestyle relay and 1-meter diving.
