Men’s Track and Field Posts Team Victory at Augustana’s Meet of Champions

 
ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Washington University in St. Louis men's track and field team participated in the two-day Augustana Meet of Champions, Friday-Saturday, April 19-20. The Bears secured three event victories. 
 
WashU won the Augustana Meet of Champions with 127 points. 
 
Loucas Xenakis finished second in the decathlon with 6500 points. Xenakis won the pole vault and javelin throw events.

  • Fernando Ribeiro Duraes (4:00.65) and Mich Benson (4:05.09) took fifth and 11th
