INDOOR: Season-best 1:53.03 in the 800m at the Midwest ELITE Invitational, Feb. 11. 

OUTDOOR: Season-best 1:49.92 in the 800m at the Billy Hayes Invitational, May 5 ... Season-best 3:54.34 in the 1,500m at the St. Francis Invite, May 13. 

2021-22 
INDOOR: Member of the NCAA National Championship team...UAA Champion in the DMR (10:06.26)...runner-up in the Mile at the UAA Championship, which also set a new personal best mark...won the DMR at the Hilltop Invitational...currently ranks third all-time in program history in the Mile. 

OUTDOOR: NCAA All-American in 800 with a seventh-place finish (1:51.43)...(UAA Champion in the 800m (1:51.89)...had a great effort at the St. Francis Fighting Chance and nearly set a new school record in the 800, posting a first-place finish with a time of 1:49.39, which ranks second-best in school history...also recorded a first-place finish in the Millikin Invite in the 800... USTFCCCA Academic All-American...named to the UAA All-Academic squad. 

2020-21 
OUTDOOR: NCAA All-American with 8th-place finish in the 1500 (3:49.26)...USTFCCCA Academic All-American...placed first in the 800 at the Augustana Qualfiier...also tabbed a runner-up finish in the 1500 at the Wheaton Invite.
