Box Score ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The No. 9 Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team fell to No. 5 Chicago, 6-3, on Saturday. The Bears are now 13-3 on the season.

Doubles
The Bears' No. 2 doubles team of
Eleanor Archer and
Karen Gao picked up a win against Sylwia Mikos and Shianna Guo, defeating the No. 4-ranked duo 8-2.

Eliana Hanna and
Amber Edmonds fell to No. 1 Oliwia Mikos and Rena Lin 5-8 at No. 1 doubles while
Nina Moravek and
Ainsley Heidbreder lost to Nika Vesely and Lauren Khou 0-8 at No. 3 doubles.
Singles
Gao took the win at No. 4 singles, beating Nicole Geller 7-5, 6-2 while Edmonds defeated No. 34 Oliwia Mikos 6-4, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
Moravek lost to in 1-6, 0-6 at No. 1 singles while Archer fell to No. 1 Sylwia Mikos 6-2, 4-6, 2-6 at No. 2 singles.
Hanna lost to Vesely 3-6, 1-6 at No. 3 singles and
Emily Chiasson fell to Guo 4-6, 6-7 (4) at No. 6 singles.
The Bears host Grinnell College and UW-Whitewater next weekend at Dwight Davis Tennis Center. Both matches are slated for a 1 p.m. start.
