BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The No. 11 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team defeated Illinois Wesleyan 183.00-82.00 on Saturday afternoon.

  • Team of first-year Rachel Kravtsov, sophomore Hannah Lee, first-year Annabel Hermacinski and junior Andrea Leng won with a time of 1:51.71.
  • Sophomore Elizabeth Chen, first-year Becca Hackel, graduate senior Abbey Mink and first-year Iris Qi finished second in 1:51.76
  • Senior Isabella Barrientos, sophomore Lili Sandor, first-year Julia Pintescu and sophomore Izzie Gattone took third with a time of 1:54.11

The Bears are back in action for a pair of invitationals in two weeks. December 5-7, the swimmers will be at the Denison Invitational. The divers head to the Pioneer Classic at Grinnell on December 6-7.
