Box Score St. Louis, Mo. – The No. 18 Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team defeated Division II Southwest Baptist,7-2, on Sunday afternoon at Tao Tennis Center.
The Bears swept doubles to take a 3-0 edge to start things off.

Hanna notched a 6-0, 6-0 win over Pascual at second singles while Moravek beat Cincunegui 6-1, 6-2 at fourth singles. Johnston topped Paunova 3-6, 7-6(4), 10-6 at fifth singles and sophomore
Carolyn Tsung beat Leticia Luiz 3-6, 6-2, 10-6 at six singles.
Ballesteros beat Gao 7-6, 3-6, 10-7 at first singles and Dirninger topped senior
Sophia Huynh 7-5, 6-4 at third singles.
The Bears head to Terre Haute, Ind. Feb. 24-26 for a series of matches against Washington and Lee, Denison, Gustavus Adolphus and DePauw.
