No. 7 WashU Advances to UAA Semis for 24th-Straight Year

Altamonte Springs, Fla., April 26, 2019 – The No. 7-ranked Washington University in St. Louis men's tennis team posted a 5-1 win over No. 14 Carnegie Mellon University in the quarterfinals of the 2019 University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Tennis Championship Friday in Altamonte Springs, Fla.

WashU won its fourth-straight match and improved to 17-5, while Carnegie Mellon dropped to 8-8. The Bears defeated CMU for the third time this season.
