No. 12 WashU Marches Past Hope and No. 22 Kenyon

Madison, Wis., April 6, 2018– The No. 12-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team used a pair of doubles sweeps on Friday to advance to the championship match of the Madison Invitational in Madison, Wis.

The Bears swept Hope College in the first round 9-0, and then posted a 6-3 win over No. 22 Kenyon College in the semifinals. 

Freshman Ally Persky posted a perfect 4-0 record on the day, including an 8-5 win with senior Grace Deering at No. 1 doubles over the 11th-ranked team in NCAA Division III from Kenyon.
