No. 13 WashU Drops 3rd-Place Match to No. 9 Carnegie

Altamonte Springs, Fla., April 29, 2018– No. 4 seed Washington University in St. Louis suffered a 5-4 defeat to No. 2 seed Carnegie Mellon University in the third-place match of the 2018 University Athletic Association (UAA) Women's Tennis Championship Sunday in Altamonte Springs, Fla.

Carnegie Mellon improved to 19-4 with the win, while WashU finished regular season play with a 13-7 mark.
