Altamonte Springs, Fla., April 21, 2017 – Second-seeded and No. 6-ranked Washington University in St. Louis advanced to the semifinals of the University Athletic Association (UAA) Men's Tennis Championship for the 22nd-straight year with a 6-3 win over No. 7 seed and No. 34-ranked Brandeis University Friday in Altamonte Spring, Fla.
WashU won its 10th-straight match to improve its record to 14-3, 1-0 in the UAA, while Brandeis had its six-match win streak snapped and fell to 10-7 and 0-1 in UAA.
