Box Score St. Louis, Mo., April 16, 2017 – The No. 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to No. 8 University of Chicago in a non-conference match Sunday at the Tao Tennis Center in St. Louis.
Senior Rebecca Ho picked up the lone victory for WashU, a 6-3, 6-4 win over No. 20 Ariana Iranpour at No. 1 singles.
Chicago won its fifth-straight match to improve to 14-3, while WashU dropped to 10-8. The Maroons are 3-0 this season against the Bears.
