Doubles Sweep Propels No. 10 Bears to 8-1 Win Over Kenyon

Claremont, Calif., March 15, 2016 – The No. 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team swept doubles for the third time this season and second time this week en route to an 8-1 win over Kenyon College Tuesday.

• Senior Aly Coran increased her career win total to 120, tying Kacie Cook (2001-05) and Shilpa Reddy (1998-02) for ninth on WashU's all-time wins list.
• Junior Rebecca Ho moved into a tie for 18th with Elise Sambol (2007-11) on the all-time wins leaderboard with 109 career victories.

WashU improved to 6-4 on the season with the win, while Kenyon dropped to 3-5. The Bears finish their five-match road trip to California by taking on No. 8 Bowdoin College at 1 p.m. (PT) Wednesday at the Indian Ridge Country Club in Palm Springs, Calif.
