No. 10 Bears Drop Match in California Against No. 17 Wesleyan

Claremont, Calif., March 14, 2016 – The No. 10-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team was unable to overcome an early deficit as the Bears lost to No. 17 Wesleyan University (Conn.) 7-2 at The Claremont Club Monday afternoon.

Senior Aly Coran and junior Kaylan Griffith battled to an 8-6 win at No. 3 doubles as WashU trailed 2-1 after doubles. Sophomore Grace Deering added a straight-set win for the Bears at No. 3 singles.
