Doubles Sweep Keys No. 11 Women's Tennis to 8-1 Win at No. 13 Redlands

Redlands, Calif., March 11, 2014 – The No. 11-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team swept doubles play for the third time in the last five matches en route to an 8-1 victory at No. 13 University of Redlands Tuesday evening.

It was the second 8-1 win for the Bears over Redlands this season. Washington U. also defeated the Bulldogs 8-1 in the fifth-place match at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Team Indoor Championship March 1 in Greencastle, Ind.
