Greencastle, Ind., March 1, 2014 – The No. 12-ranked Washington University in St. Louis women's tennis team earned a pair of wins over ranked teams Saturday to finish fifth at the 2014 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Team Indoor Championship hosted by DePauw University.

Washington U. avenged its season-opening loss to No. 13 DePauw with a 6-3 victory over the Tigers Saturday morning to advance to the fifth-place match. The Bears then defeated No. 11 University of Redlands 8-1 in the fifth-place match Saturday evening.
