Greg Selle enters his eighth season as the full-time assistant coach after previously serving as a part-time assistant for the WashU volleyball program.

In Selle's seven seasons, the Bears have a combined record of 151-49 with five trips to the NCAA Tournament (no competition in 2020 due to COVID-19)

He previously served as a part-time assistant coach with the Bears in two stints, including 2017. WashU finished with a 24-10 overall record in 2017 and won their 22^nd University Athletic Association (UAA) title.

During Selle's time with the Bears in 2015, WashU posted a 34-3 record. The Bears advanced to the NCAA Division III Regional Finals and concluded the year as the AVCA No. 4 ranked team. Allison Zastrow was also named the NCAA Division III Player of the Year by the AVCA in 2015.

In addition to coaching, Selle holds a CSCS and works in the Sports Performance Center in WashU Athletics.

Selle has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Communications from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
