2023: Raced in four events ... Notched a season-best time of 22:46.4 at the Gil Dodds Invitational (Sept. 16) ... Finished 15th at the Gans Creek Invitational (Sept. 29) with a mark of 23:02.1.

2022: Competed in six events … Manufactured a PR in the 6k (22:11.2) … Recorded one top-10 finish (ninth at the Dan Huston Invitational) … Placed 23rd (22:49.5) at the Midwest Region Cross Country Championships and 106th (23:29.5) at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships. 

2021: All-Academic UAA...NCAA Midwest All-Region selection...ran to a season-best time of 22:14.4 at the Augustana Invite...competed in six races for the Bears and finished in the top-20 three separate times...competed in the NCAA National Championship meet and placed 166th with a time of 22:52.2.

2020: All-Academic UAA.
