2022-23: First Team All-UAA selection … Named to the CSC Academic All-District team … Named UAA Athlete of the Week, 1/30 …  Appeared and started in 23 games … Registered 20 games with 10+ plus and nine games with 20+ points … Welcomed nine double-doubles … Recorded 385 points, 192 rebounds, and 43 assists … Averaged 16.7 points per game, 8.3 rebounds per game, and 1.9 assists per game … Manufactured season-highs of 31 points (2/19 against Carnegie Mellon), 12 field goals made (2/25 at Chicago), 15 rebounds (2/17 at Case Western), and five assists (2/5 at Emory) … Logged 652 minutes of action. 

2021-22: D3hoops.com Third Team All-Region selection...All-UAA First Team honoree...Academic All-UAA member...UAA Athlete of the Week...received MVP Award at McWilliams Classic...led the Bears in several categories... the New York, N.Y. native led WashU with 13.0 points per contest and shot an efficient 55 percent from the field, which also led the UAA...nationally, Arnott ranked 17th in field goal percentage and scored in double figures in 15 games this season, while ranking seventh overall in the UAA in scoring...with eight double-doubles on the season, Arnott notched four double-doubles in the last month of the season in February alone...on the defensive end, Arnott registered a team-best 8.4 rebounds per game, which also ranked second in the UAA. ..Additionally, Arnott boasted a streak of five consecutive games with at least 10 rebounds...The junior also led the Bears in total blocks on the season with 21.  

2020-21: Academic All-UAA.

2019-20: Started nine out of 20 games played scoring 127 points, grabbing 83 rebounds and recording eight steals and six blocks … tallied a game-high two blocks in a win at Carnegie Mellon on Jan. 19 … registered a season-high 17 points in a win at #25 Emory on Feb. 2 … played a season-high 30 minutes and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds at Rochester (N.Y.) on Feb. 7.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner and captain in basketball and tennis at The Beacon School … Averaged 28 points and 20.2 rebounds per game as a senior as well as 23.4 points and 25.4 rebounds per game as a junior … Leading scorer and third leading rebounds in New York City during senior season … Three-time team MVP … All-time leading scorer in school history … Honors award in community service.
