Had a personal-best 5k time of 15:31, a 3-mile time of 14:53, a 3,200m time of 9:31, a 1,600m time of 4:23, an 800m time of 1:58.4 and a 400m time of 54.6... Nine-time WSC Gold Conference champion... Six-time Illinois State qualifier... Placed 31st at IHSA 2023 cross country state finals.
