2015-16: Ran a career best 26:02.2 at the SIUE John Flamer Invite ... Academic all-UAA for cross country.

2014-15: Earned all-UAA honors for the first time in his career with a third-place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:32.20) at the UAA Outdoor Championships ... Academic all-UAA for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

2013-14: Academic all-UAA for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four letters in track & field and three in soccer at Georgetown Day School ... Member of the school-record setting distance medley relay team ... Helped Georgetown win the 2011 and 2012 MAC conference track & field titles ... Also a member of the MAC champion soccer team in 2011, as Georgetown finished ranked fourth in the Washington, D.C., area.
