2022: Competed in three races … Placed inside the top-15 at the North Central College Red/White XC Open.
2021: Set a new PR of 26:58.7 at the Augstana Invite...competed in four meets for the Bears...Academic All-UAA selection...recorded a 10th place finish at the three mile North Central Invite.
2019: Ran to a season-best 8K mark of 27:01.5 at the Gil Dodds Invite on Sept. 21 ... Competed in four events for the Bears, including three 8K courses.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner and team captain in cross country and track & field at Newport High School … Two-time second team all-conference in cross country … Two-time first team all-conference in track & field … Newport High School record holder in the 5K, 3K, 1.4 mile, 2 mile, 3,200m, 1,600m and distance medley relay … Personal-best: 800m-1:58.39; 1,600m-4:19.86; 3,200m-9:31.62; 5K-15:51.00.
