2026 Women's Soccer Showcase Clinic

One day competitive clinic geared towards highly skilled student-athletes who aspire to play collegiate soccer. Open to 2026, 2027, and 2028 High School Graduates and any collegiate transfers in the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Overview
Join us  for our WashU Bears Showcase Clinic. The clinic is geared towards experienced players with solid fundamental skills who want a rigorous soccer training with one of the nation's top soccer programs. Skill development, assessment, team competition, individual development and campus/athletic facility tours are the focuses of the clinic. 


Limited Enrollment
In an effort to provide as personal an experience as possible, enrollment will be limited to 6 goalkeepers and 54 field players in each session. Applications will be processed on a "first come" basis.

Refund Policy
A $100 handling fee will be assessed on all cancelations.


Meals
One meal will be provided in the middle of camp. Campers are encouraged to eat a large breakfast before coming to the check-in.

Check-In and Campus Tours
Registration and check-in will be from 8:30am-9am. The camp will end at 4pm and a campus tour is expected to be included during the 9am-4pm timeframe. You are welcome to sign up for a formal admissions tour if you wish.

Location and Facilities
Check-in and clinics are held at Washington University's Francis Olympic Field.

The clinic will be held in the Francis Olympic Field and Field House of the Athletic Complex at the west end of the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis. Access is off of Forsyth Boulevard, one block east of Big Bend Boulevard. More detailed directions will be sent prior to the start of camp.


Drop Off and Pick Up
The specific drop off and pick up location will be Lot 31 next to the Tao Tennis Courts and Athletic Complex. We will have staff in the lot helping direct campers. For those driving themselves or parking, please use the top level of the Snow Way Parking Garage.

What to Wear and What to Bring
  • Camp Waiver (if it has not been sent to jimconlon@wustl.edu)
  • Medical Information Form (if it has not been sent to jimconlon@wustl.edu)
  • Shirt or sweatshirt that has an identifying mark (i.e. first or last name, hometown, club name)
  • Soccer shoes (wood surface in case we are forced indoors and turf)
  • Shin guards
  • Normal soccer attire (shorts, socks, shirts, training top and bottoms)
  • Water bottle
Staff
The clinic is conducted by the Washington University soccer coaches. The clinic staff includes members of the Washington University women's soccer team.

Insurance
Each participant must provide their own medical insurance for emergency medical care. Please check with your provider to make sure your participant is covered for this activity. Insurance information and parental consent signatures must be completed on the application.

Medical
An athletic trainer is on duty during all activity periods. There will be access to a medical doctor and emergency medical facilities in case of emergencies. The athletic trainer will determine whether to seek emergency treatment.
