CLEVELAND, Ohio – The No. 3 Washington University in St. Louis women's track team is in second place with 64 points following the first day of the UAA Outdoor Championships, hosted by Case Western Reserve University.
Highlighting the day for the Bears were four UAA Championships – the 4x800 relay, 3,000m steeplechase, pole vault and shot put.

- Sophomore Hailey Weir posted the top Bears' time, finishing second in the prelims with a time of 56.31
- Sophomore Quinn Bird had a third-place finish in 56.71
- Senior Kylie Spytek posted a fourth-place finish in 57.45
- Junior Cate Christopher finished seventh in 58.30
- 100m
- Senior Jasmine Wright has the top time of 11.97 heading into tomorrow's final
- Junior Julia Coric will also run in the final after posting a fifth-place finish of 12.37

- Sophomore Clare Marchant enters the final with the third-place time of 1:06.06

- Echols posted the top prelims time of 2:12.14
- Sophomore Kalena Reimer posted the third-place time of 2:13.07
- Delia is in fourth with a time of 2:13.32
- Stevens finished prelims in sixth with a time of 2:14.31

- Wright posted the second-place prelims time in 24.87
- Weir finished in third with a time of 24.93
- Spytek had the fourth-place time of 25.15
- Coric is in fifth with a time of 25.26
