ATLANTA, Ga. – The No. 15 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team finished fourth at the UAA Championships with 1,005 points.

  • Sophomore Shanze Karimi finished 11^th with a preliminary score of 419.15
  • First-year Kate Li finished 14^th with a score of 406.60
  • Sophomore Madi Okon finished 17^th with a score of 377.40
     
• 1,650 Freestyle
  • Junior Anna Fonda finished 11^th overall with a time of 17:42.64
  • First-year Rachel Kravtsov finished 15^th with a time of 17:58.03
  • Sophomore Rachel Bello finished 18^th with a time of 18:06.18
     
• 200 Backstroke
  • Senior Isabella Barrientos finished fifth with a time of 2:01.68
  • Junior Ali Roche finished seventh with a time of 2:04.81
  • Sophomore Elizabeth Chen finished fifth in the B final and 13^th overall with a time of 2:04.46
     
• 100 Freestyle
  • Sophomore Peyton Watson finished third in the C final and 19^th overall with a time of 52.61
     
• 200 Breaststroke
  • Sophomore Hannah Lee finished fourth in the B final and 12^th overall with a time of 2:21.12
  • Junior Avery Dixon won the C final with a time of 2:22.42
     
• 200 Butterfly
  • Junior Rin Iimi finished 16^th overall with a time of 2:10.04
     
• 400 Freestyle Relay
  • Watson, first-year Iris Qi, Barrientos and Roche finished fifth with a time of 3:30.13
  • Iimi, first-year Maddie Sammut, Bello and senior Riya Sahota took 12^th with a time of 3:31.18

 
The Bears make the short trip to Chicago next weekend for the Midwest Invitational on Friday and Saturday. It is the final meet before the NCAA Championships begin on March 19.
