ATLANTA, Ga. – The No. 15 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team is in fourth place with 717 points following day three of the UAA Championships.
Top Finishers:
- 400 IM
- Junior Rin Iimi finished eighth with a time of 4:30.63
- Sophomore Rachel Bello finished second in the B final and 10th overall with a time of 4:30.46
- Junior Natalie Klaas finished third in the B final and 11th overall with a time of 4:33.05
- First-year Lindsay Alisbah took fourth in the B final and 12th overall with a time of 4:33.89
- 100 Butterfly
- Sophomore Peyton Wilson finished fourth in the B final and 12th overall with a time of 57.20
- 200 Freestyle
- Junior Ali Roche finished fifth in the B final and 13th overall with a time of 1:52.25
- Senior Isabella Barrientos finished seventh in the B final and 15th overall with a time of 1:53.59
- 100 Breaststroke
- Sophomore Hannah Lee finished third with a time of 1:03.44
- Picked up 27 points for the Bears
- 100 Backstroke
- 200 Medley Relay
- Chen, Lee, Watson and junior Andrea Leng finished fourth in 1:43.92
Competition concludes tomorrow with the 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 200 butterfly, 1,650 freestyle, and 1-meter diving. Swimming preliminaries begin at 10 a.m. ET with finals at 5:30 p.m. ET. Diving preliminaries begin at 12:45 p.m. ET and finals are at 5:30 p.m. ET.
