ATLANTA, Ga. – The No. 15 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team sits in fourth with 82 points following day one of the UAA Championships. Day one features just one event on the women's side, the 800 freestyle relay.
 
Top Finishers:

• 800 Freestyle Relay
  • The team of junior Rin Iimi, senior Isabella Barrientos, sophomore Rachel Bello and junior Ali Roche took fourth with a time of 7:29.23
    • Picked up 52 points for the Bears
  • First-year Iris Qi, first-year Maddie Sammut, sophomore Lili Sandor and junior Anna Fonda took third in the B final and 12^th overall with a time of 7:39.76
    • Earned 30 points

 The second day of competition features the 500 freestyle, 200 IM, 50 freestyle and 3-meter diving. Swimming preliminaries begin at 10 a.m. ET and finals begin at 5:30 p.m. ET. Diving preliminaries are set for 12:45 p.m. ET and finals at 5:30 p.m. ET.
