CHICAGO, Ill. – The No. 10 Washington University in St. Louis men's swimming and diving team wrapped up the two-day Division III Shootout on Saturday, hosted by the University of Chicago. Additionally, the Bears also competed at IU Indy against the Cougars and Northern Kentucky.
D3 Shootout
The Bears finished third with a score of 580. Chicago won with a 679 and Pomona-Pitzer took second with a 598.5.

- Chan won the field with a time of 4:25.80, hitting an NCAA B cut and setting a new D3 Shootout record by more than four seconds
- The previous record of 4:29.96 was set at last year's competition.
- First-year Gavin Coggan finished 11th overall with a time of 4:33.92
- 100 Butterfly
- Junior Marco Minai finished in third with a time of 49.38
- Walker took 12th in 49.68, finishing second in the B final
- 200 Breaststroke

- Minai, first-year Robin Koehler, first-year Ayaan Olasewere and first-year Sarah Cohen finished fourth with a time of 3:17.82

- Senior Ethan Feng claimed fourth with a time of 45.82
