ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The No. 5 Washington University in St. Louis women's soccer team opened the UAA slate with a 4-0 win over No. 10 Brandeis. The Bears are now 10-0-1 on the year.

Heidi Fesler. Fesler sent the ball up where Foley was waiting in the box to turn and shoot for her fourth goal of the season and a 2-0 Bears' lead.
WashU nearly made it a 3-0 game in the 60
th minute as Brandeis was whistled for a foul in the box, but senior
Grace Ehlert's penalty kick hit the cross bar and the ensuing follow-up shot sailed wide.

th minute, Ehlert was successful, taking a pass from first-year
Annika Park and tapping it in for her team-leading ninth goal of the season.
Sophomore
Olivia Clemons scored her sixth goal of the year in the 81
st minute, taking a pass from Foley before corralling it in the box and firing it in past the Brandeis' goalkeeper for a 4-0 advantage.
The Bears out-shot Brandeis 23-6 including 10-1 in shots on goal. Viscovich registered eight shots with three on goal while Foley had five shots with four on goal. Ehlert finished with three shots and two on goal.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Kassidy Lanthier finished with one save on the day for her fifth win and third shutout of the year.
On Tuesday, WashU makes the short trip to Greenville for a 5:30 p.m. non-conference game. Next weekend, the Bears are on the road for a 12:30 p.m. ET game at Case Western Reserve University on Saturday.
