Karimi Sets New Meet Record at Pioneer Classic

GRANVILLE, Ohio – The No. 11 Washington University in St. Louis women's swimming and diving team finished fifth at the Denison Invitational with a score of 1,031. In total there were seven NCAA B cuts this weekend.
 
Additionally, the Bears' divers saw success at the Pioneer Classic hosted by Grinnell.

    • Sophomore Rachel Bello finished 10th with a time of 17:47.92

    • Junior Ali Roche finished seventh with a time of 2:03.97
       
  • 100 Freestyle
    • First-year Iris Qi finished 16th with a time of 52.50
       
  • 200 Breaststroke
  • 200 Butterfly
  • 400 Freestyle Relay
  • 200 Medley Relay Time Trial
  The Bears now have just over a month off from competition. The next meet is January 11 at McKendree at 12 p.m.
