Carter Oesterling  returns for his eighth year working with the Bears.

Oesterling joined the Bears in 2019 as a student manager. He was then elevated to student assistant coach until his graduation from WashU in 2023, double majoring in Marketing and supply Chain Management with a minor in Computer Science. Oesterling returned to his alma mater to continue on as an assistant coach, helping the Bears return to the NCAA tournament. During his tenure, Oesterling has had his hand in developing several All-American and All-UAA players.

Outside of his time with the Bears, Oesterling works as a Director with PGC Basketball, a worldwide leader in teaching young athletes how to think the game. Working with 1,000+ athletes through the summer and fall, he has worked to impact lives across the country, empowering the next generation of athletes to become the best players, teammates, and leaders they can be.
