Bailey Redden was began as the marketing and multimedia manager on January 6, 2025.
Redden comes to WashU after serving for two-and-a-half years as the Community Engagement Manager for Lou Fusz Athletic, a premier youth sports club in the Midwest with soccer, lacrosse and football programs. In this role, Redden managed all marketing campaigns and content creation, tracked social media analytics, captured on-site content, implemented modern marketing initiatives and assisted with website maintenance.

Additionally, at Lou Fusz Athletic, she grew the social media following by 15 percent across all social media channels and oversaw club-wide event coordination and implementation.

Prior to her time at Lou Fusz Athletic, Redden served as the first-ever communications and social media assistant for the MAC Hermann Trophy from December 2021 to May 2022. Working under the guidance of the Missouri Athletic Club Communications Department, she established and managed the first-ever Hermann Trophy Instagram page, along with Twitter and Facebook. Redden created graphics and wrote stories and assisted with annual banquet operations.

Redden served as a corporate marketing and hospitality coordinator from May 2021 to April 2022 for the Gateway Grizzlies Professional Baseball organization. In this role, she curated corporate marketing contracts with partnership brands and companies, assisted with sponsored event implementation through social media, print marketing and in-house promotion events, produced graphics and conducted proof of sponsorship reviews for corporate partnership contracts.

Redden was a Division I soccer player at Southeast Missouri State University where she earned her degree in mass communication: public relation with minors in writing and sport management.
