2014-15: Earned all-UAA honors with a career-best throw of 14.25m to finish third in the shot put at the UAA Indoor Championships ... Placed fifth in the shot put (13.72m), discus (40.03m) and hammer (43.39m) at the UAA Outdoor Championships.

2013-14: Team captain.

2012-13: Placed sixth in the shot put (12.97m) and eighth in the discus (41.00m) at the UAA Outdoor Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner in football and track at William Henry Harrison High School … High honors … Spanish Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Majoring in mechanical engineering … Also a member of the WU football team ... Son of Joseph and Linda Lonneman.
