2018-19
INDOOR: Ran to multiple season-best times at the Midwest Elite Invite on Feb. 9 including the 800m (2:35.75) and the mile (5:25.78).
OUTDOOR: Placed second in the 1,500m run at the Dewey Allgood Invite on April 20 with a time of 4:51.98.

2017-18
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran to All-Region honors at the Midwest Regional Championship with a 34th place finish (21:56.4).
OUTDOOR: Ran to a season-best time in the 1,500m, posted a time of 4:58.80 at the Rose-Hulman Twilight Invite on April 20.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field while serving as a captain at St. Mary’s Academy … Holds St. Mary’s Academy 5k record time … Named all-State … Cross country district champion … Two-time track district champion in the 1500m and 3000m … Placed third in the 6A cross country states, fourth in the 3K  track championship of 2017, fifth place in the 6A track state’s 1500m and 3000m … Personal-best: 5K-17:45; 1500m-4:35; 3000m-9:56; 800m-2:19 … National Honors Society member and recipient of the English award and French award.
