2012-13: Finished fifth in the 10,000 at the UAA Outdoor Championships (38:57.67) ... UAA all-academic for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

2011-12: UAA all-academic for indoor and outdoor track & field.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and track & field at Wheaton Warrenville South High School ... Two-year state cross country qualfier, helping Wheaton Warrenville South to a third-place team finish in 2009 ... Member of the conference champion cross country (2009) and track & field (2010) teams ... Earned all-conference cross country honors in 2009 ... Received IHSA academic all-state and DVC academic all-conference honors, along with the WWSHS academic award.
