2014-15: Earned all-UAA honors for the first time in her career with a runner-up finish in the 10,000 (38:29.23) at the UAA Outdoor Championships ... Also finished eighth in the 5,000 (18:43.08) at the outdoor conference meet ... Academic all-UAA for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

2013-14: Academic all-UAA for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

2012-13: Finished seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase at the UAA Outdoor Championships (11:50.52) ... UAA all-academic for cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain and four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field at Viroqua High School ... Helped Viroqua win the 2010 Coulee Conference cross country and 2011 Coulee Conference track & field team championships ... Earned first-team all-conference track & field in 2008 and 2011, and first-team all-conference cross country in 2008 and 2010 ... Also received second-team all-conference track & field honors in 2009 and 2010, and second-team all-conference cross country honors in 2007 and 2009 ... National Merit finalist ... Valedictorian.
