HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain and four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Walt Whitman High School... Led team to multiple cross country championships including county (2014) and West Region (2013-14) while finishing fourth and third at the state championships in 2013 and '14 ... Was named to Run Washington magazine's All-Maryland Cross Country team, twice named All-State in cross country and once in track for the 3,200m run ... Personal-bests: 3,200m-9:36;  1,600m-4:29 ...
