2013-14: Led off the 1,600 relay that finished third at the UAA Indoor Championships to earn all-UAA honors ... Placed third in the 400 hurdles and 1,600 relay to pick up all-UAA honors in both at the UAA Outdoor Championships ... UAA all-academic for indoor and outdoor track & field.

2012-13: Received all-UAA honors as a member of the runner-up 1,600 relay team at the UAA Indoor Championships ... Finished eighth in the 400 hurdles (1:07.47) at the UAA Outdoor Championships ... UAA all-academic for indoor and outdoor track & field.

2011-12: UAA all-academic for indoor and outdoor track & field.

2010-11: Member of the UAA indoor champion distance medley relay.

HIGH SCHOOL: Letter winner in cross country and track & field at Benet Academy ... Ran on the 1,600 relay at the state track & field championships as a sophomore, junior and senior ... Also competed in the 800 relay at the state track & field championships as a junior ... Salutatorian.
