Natalia Pilpil '25 joined the coaching staff for the 2025-26 season after a stellar playing career for the Bears. In her first season, WashU went 30-7-1, winning its second-consecutive UAA title.

2024: NFCA First Team All-Region VIII... All-UAA First Team... Played in 37 games with 35 starts... Led the team with 49 hits, 30 RBI and five home runs... Recorded 15 doubles and scored 17 runs... Had 93 putouts... Made just two errors to finish with a .984 fielding percentage... Academic All-UAA... Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.

2023: NFCA National Player of the Week on March 14... Played in all 37 games with 34 starts... Had 29 hits with nine doubles and a team-high four homers... Scored 19 runs and recorded 18 RBI... Stole three bases in as many attempts... Finished with a .968 fielding percentage... Had 63 putouts... Academic All-UAA... Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.

2022: Played and started in 42 games... Finished with a .330 batting average... Recorded 41 hits including 16 doubles, three triples and one home run... Scored 21 runs and recorded 33 RBI... Stole three bases in three attempts... Finished with a .938 fielding percentage.
